But Ibiza is also a preserved paradise with natural crags, clear water, and red, fertile earth brimming with carob, orange, lemon, almond, and fig trees. We'll experience this “alternate” side of the island on our excursion. Our first stop will be Les Salinas, the paradise-like expanse of beach bordering the crystal-clear water. We'll continue on to the mountain village Sant Josep de sa Talaia to see its magnificent bright-white church and then to the coastal town of Sant Antoni de Portmany. Our last stop will be Dalt Vila, the island's fortified old town listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
