What does it mean to be ABTA protected?

ABTA stands for Association of British Travel Agents which is the UK’s largest travel association that protects consumers rights. As we are a ABTA member, you are financially protected when you travel with us.

What does it mean to be ATOL protected?

Created by the UK CAA, ATOL is the acronym of Air Travel Organiser’s Licence and it is a UK financial protection scheme that covers holiday packages that include flights. It means that if CroisiEurope were to cease trading, you would still be supported in receiving a refund or being brought home if you are on holiday while the collapse happens.
