When CroisiEurope's Head Chef, Alain Bohn, teams up with Marc Haeberlin - one of the most renowned wine specialists in Alsace, and even France - they will turn your trip into an unforgettable culinary experience.  



You will enjoy tasty meals of uncomparable quality and meet Marc Haeberlin, who can usually be found practising his sommelier art at the Auberge de l’Ill in Illhaeusern, north-eastern France. He will aslo have the pleasure to compose a surprise dinner for you, adding his own personal touch! Other culinary celebrities will also be joining him on the cruise: Serge Dubs, named World's Best Sommelier in 1989. He will present and comment on various wines, which you will of course be invited to taste.  



This gastronomy cruise will also be an opportunity to discover the Alsace wine trail, also known as the Route des Vins, revealing all the secrets of the Alsace vintages! You will also enjoy a tour of the town of Riquewihr, a little gem surrounded by vineyards, to sample the Alsace's famous white wines!

When exploring south-west France, a tour of Bordeaux is essential. Also called the “sleeping beauty” for its tranquil setting, Bordeaux boasts a vast cultural and architectural heritage that will take your breath away!  


While on your wine river cruise sailing the Garonne, Gironde and Dordogne rivers, a talk by a wine industry expert will reveal many secrets and facts about wine. You will then explore the Médoc region, a unique territory in the world famous for its prestigious red vintages. A guided tour of the Saint-Emilion wine trail will be an opportunity for you to discover one of the most ancient territories in the Bordeaux region, renowned across the world and classed as a UNESCO site. The chateau of Roquetaillade will be one of the major site you will discover on your cruise. Famous in South West France, it is made up of two major buildings, which are nicely furnished and have been occupied by the same family for 700 years.
