Its remarkable Treasury and Armory contain historic works in silver and gold. The castle has welcomed many famous visitors over its 850 years, including French writer Victor Hugo, English painter William Tuner, and former First Ladies Lady Bird Johnson and Rosalynn Carter. The castle and the region it calls home are not to be missed!
