DAY 1: Lisbon

DAY 2: LISBON
We'll have an optional guided tour of Lisbon in the morning. Discover the distinctive buildings and landmarks in this area, including its famous tower and the Jerónimos Monastery the most prominent example of Late Gothic Manueline architecture in the country. This afternoon, we'll enjoy an optional panoramic tour of Lisbon by coach, and you'll discover why it is referred to as Portugal's “City of Light.” We'll return to the hotel after our full day. The evening is free to do as you please.
DAY 3: LISBON - VILA REAL DE SAN ANTONIO
We'll leave by coach for Évora. Its beauty, simplicity and strong historical significance make it without a doubt one of the most interesting places to visit in Portugal. After our tour, we'll head to Olhão, the largest fishing port in the Algarve region. It's full of character, and a stroll through the historic center will give you the chance to admire the elegant merchants' homes and the church of Nossa Senhora do Rosário, built in 1698. At the end of the afternoon, we'll hit the road again towards Vila Réal de Santo Antonio, arriving during the evening. After comfortably settling into your cabins, we'll introduce our crew at a welcome cocktail. We'll remain in port overnight.
DAY 4: VILA REAL DE SAN ANTONIO - ALCOUTIM - CADIZ
Optional excursion for both packages: Tour of the Friary of La Rábida and the Wharf of the Caravels. The afternoon will be spent cruising the river to Alcoutim. When we arrive, enjoy some free time in the city. We'll return on board at the end of the afternoon and begin our cruise to Cádiz. Tonight, we'll enjoy a Portuguese-themed dinner and evening. Our ship will cruise through the night.
DAY 5: CADIZ - EL PUERTO DE SANTA MARIA
Optional excursions proposed:
CLASSIC: Excursion to Cádiz and Sanlúcar de Barrameda. Still retaining its Moorish appearance, the pastel-painted city of Cádiz is a melting pot of cultural and historical riches. We'll then continue on to Sanlúcar de Barrameda. We'll visit a well-known wine cellar for a tasting of the unique Manzanilla sherry.
DISCOVERY: Hike the waterfront in Cadiz. Walk along the oceanfront to the Castle of San Sebastián. According to legend, the Temple of Kronos (a Titan of the Greek gods) was first built here.
We'll return on board and cruise towards El Puerto de Santa Maria. In the afternoon, optional excursion common both packages: Visit Jerez and a “ganadería” (property where bulls are raised). Afterwards, we'll return to the ship and enjoy a Spanish-themed evening. We'll cruise towards Seville throughout the night.
DAY 6: EL PUERTO DE SANTA MARIA - SEVILLE
We'll cruise along the impressive Guadalquivir River. The river's name comes from a classical Arab phrase meaning "great valley" and reminds us of the times when the Moors reigned over Al-Andalus. Afternoon optional excursions proposed:
CLASSIC: Tour of Seville. Discover the cathedral, Alcazar palace and its Andalusian gardens, Maria Luisa Park, and the attractive district of Santa Cruz.
DISCOVERY: Guided bike tour of Seville. The best way to see everything in a few hours! Each participant will be able to choose their own bike for this morning guided tour of Seville.
Tonight's entertainment will be provided by the crew. We'll remain in port overnight.
DAY 7: SEVILLE
We'll leave by coach in the morning. Optional excursions proposed:
CLASSIC: Full-day trip to Córdoba, once part of the Caliphate of Cordoba.
DISCOVERY: Leave Seville by coach for Córdoba. Tour the beautiful courtyards of Córdoba. The festival celebrating the courtyards was added to the UNESCO Intangible Heritage list in 2012. The courtyards are located in the historical heart of the Jewish Quarter, close to the Alcazar. Afterwards, we'll return to the ship. Tonight is our festive gala evening. We'll remain in port overnight.
DAY 8: SEVILLE
Enjoy breakfast before disembarking at 9:00 a.m.
